School Version

36. Puck's potion

Lysander lies utterly exhausted by recent events which have left their violent traces on the smudged circle from which he has escaped. Puck, who is learning that thoughtless actions in the name of fun can have dire consequences, attempts to make up for his mistake.

The blocking is very similar in the Mask version, though mood is heightened more expressively than realistically under a cold 'blue moon'.

In the Bar version (Bar 37. Puck drugs Lysander), on the other hand, Puck gets even more carried away, drinking the (alcoholic) love potion himself. Context seems to determine interpretation.
